When I finished writing my first book, I came to a harsh realization: in this endless commercial whirlwind, the author is often the most powerless and vulnerable entity. In the end, they are simply forgotten. An author? What author? Oh right, there’s an author back there somewhere — I thought it was just the sales managers and the publishing house.
Understanding how incredibly difficult it is for emerging, undiscovered — yet perhaps brilliant — writers to find their audience, we decided to create this forum. This is a space where seasoned authors can share their craft and lift up the next generation, and where aspiring writers can speak up, ask questions, and be absolutely certain they will receive support.
Users with AUTHOR status have the opportunity to showcase their work in the Bookshelf section, complete with book covers, synopses, and purchasing links. These dedicated threads will also serve as a space for readers and colleagues to engage in discussions and reviews.
